Inspirative Arts

Inspirative Arts provides art therapies and wellbeing arts for children, young people and adults.

We are an organisation that believes in working with people, not labels. Here are some examples of people we currently work with:
  • People who struggle with anxiety;
  • People with learning and / or physical disabilities;
  • People with autism and other communication disorders;
  • People with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties;
  • People experiencing memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving or language;
  • People with Mental health issues.


Inspirative Arts offers a blend of arts-based activities that are specifically designed to promote:

  • Creative expression and communication
  • Increased confidence and aspiration
  • Emotional resilience
  • Community and social cohesion
  • Healthy relationships
  • Anger and stress management
  • Life skills and coping strategies

What do we do?

Our initial service assessment enables us to get to know you better and provide you with a personalised proposal of services that might benefit you.

Date: Monday – Friday

Time: 9am – 6pm

Cost: Free

How many sessions: 1 complimentary assessment.  Following the assessment we will provide our recommended number of sessions in the service proposal.  At this point we can provide information about any available funding, session costs based on our means testing tool or support you in understanding other financial support you might be eligible for in order to increase access to sessions if needed.
